While we have all loved the Boys' Dorm since it was opened in 1957, the building is showing its age and how well loved it is. The biggest issue in the dorm is its
foundation which is cracking, causing failures in the interior and exterior walls.
The Boys Dorm has numerous cracks in the foundation which propagate throughout the block walls. The
Porch Room and Porch are essentially cracking off from the rest of the building.
